What Insurance Plans do you take?
Spence Counseling Center will work with most insurance plans. We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Medica, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid, and Midlands Choice.
We are not in-network with Tricare, United Health Care Dual Complete, UHC Medicare Advantage, AARP, and Humana.

What kinds of counseling services do you provide?
We provide individual counseling services to children, teens, and adults as well as couples and family therapy. We have trained therapists who have expertise in parenting, marriage and relationships, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, and addictions.

Yes, we have a provider that does medication management. He sees a variety of ages, and needs.
